Stainless steel shower curtain rail in L-shape, for shower tray or  barrier-free, accessible walk in shower at floor level.

The corner shower rod with mounting to the wall and ceiling, as in a classic shower corner. The shower rod is easy to fix with only 3 screws or adhesive adapter. Ideally suited for a shower tray with a floor area of 110x110 or 105x105 cm without steps. Make sure that the shower curtain springs back a little so the water can run off on the surface provided for this purpose. If the walls are not at a 90° angle to each other, the bar can be bent up slightly.

Delivery includes mounting material, fixings for wall and ceiling mounting and a standard ceiling suspension of 40cm length (adjustment possibility of ± 10mm), which you can adjust yourself. The shower rod legs are not so easy to shorten, we will be happy to adapt them directly in the workshop for a small extra charge. We are happy to help you determine the necessary dimensions even before ordering. If you take your time for a good consultation, this will save you nerves and money in the best case.

The angles of the shower rod are available in two corner radius: A "soft corner" with a radius of 70mm, so that the shower curtain can be pulled comfortably around the corner of the shower rod, or a "sharp corner" with a radius of 14mm, which sometimes fits better to bathroom design. Both shower rods are used in combination with shower curtain hooks HKD12. Which let glide the shower curtain freely, without stop around the ceiling rod.

The more space you plan for the floor area when planning a barrier-free shower, the more comfortable your daily shower will be. You should also measure very precisely for flat shower trays with a very low barrier. With the shower curtain rails ceiling holderr you adjust the optimal height from the shower rod to the floor. The shower curtain must not be in contact with the floor, otherwise it dries badly and quickly becomes unsightly.

Finally, the surface of the shower rod is ground matt or polished to a chrome like shine by hand. The high-gloss polished surface is a custom-made product and cannot be exchanged. The hand polished version requires an additional time of about one week. Currently there are 12 different shower curtain rails in L shape available. Individual custom-made shower curtain rails are manufactured after consultation.

NEW: The -adhesive shower curtain rod holders- enables the installation of the shower rod without drilling and leaving holes in tiles. On top, this adhesive plate makes it much easier to hold the shower curtain rail in position while installation. Take the height of the adhesive plate (6mm) into account when calculating the total length of the shower rod.

Our conclusion: This is the best shower curtain rail with ceiling mount you can get! Every single part is well thought-out and precisely handmade. Even the surfaces are ground by hand either with a matt shimmer or polished to a shiny finish. Stainless steel is scratch-resistant and first choice if you are looking for an uncomplicated but efficient hygiene measure that harmonises perfectly with a shower curtain.

Due to the packing dimensions, delivery to a packing station is not possible!
