Payment & Shipping

We ship as environmentally friendly and sustainable as possible by DHL Green. You can protect the environment by thinking before you buy and avoiding returns. You cannot ask too many questions, we are happy to advise you to avoid damages or misconceptions.


They depend on the respective order location and are displayed in the order. To be honest unfortunately the delivery costs are sometimes incredibly high. To safe costs we recommend, if possible, a shipping address in Germany, for example with family, friends or office.

Rates will be calculated and shown automatically in the basket.

Taxfree shopping outside the EU.

Shipping outside the EU taxfree (without German value added tax VAT)

*In Switzerland, 8% Swiss VAT and fees are charged locally, but usually no customs duty is charged due to insignificance. It is cheaper and faster for holders of a ZAZ account, which can be applied for at the Swiss customs. For transfers from Switzerland, a 5 or 10 Euro Bank processing fee (SEPA) is charged. In the past, almost everyone forgot to pay the fees themselves, but now they are added automatically. You therefore no longer need to worry about them.

All other countries will be charged according to the currently valid shipping costs of Deutsche Post AG and will be shown in the payment process. If you do not agree with this, you can still cancel. Renewed deliveries are at the expense of the person who caused them.

Should further deliveries be necessary in addition to the standard articles from the shop, e.g. for additionally agreed upon custom-made products, these will be charged accordingly.

We ship by DHL and depending on the size by GLS. On request you will receive the package number.

Due to the insurance conditions of parcel services, complaints must be notified within 7 days. If you should not receive a delivery or a damaged delivery within this period after your order, please contact us immediately.


At present we offer the following payment options: PAYPAL, Payment in advance and Sofortüberweisung/KLARNA

Due to recurring and worldwide security problems, credit card payments can only be made via Paypal within the scope of and in connection with your personal settings.

Payment via Paypal

At the end of the order process you will be redirected directly to PayPal. If you are already a PayPal customer, you can log in Paypal express with your user data and confirm the payment. If you do not have a PayPal account yet, you can also register as a guest or open a PayPal account and then confirm the payment.

As soon as we have received your payment, your delivery will be set in motion. Usually it only takes a few minutes until we receive a PayPal payment.

If you pay for an order via PayPal, you will always receive an order confirmation from us. Please note, however, that in rare cases PayPal may make processing errors, over which we have no control.

Furthermore, it is not possible to pay an order in advance payment or invoice via PayPal, as this cannot be assigned in our system. We ask you to take this into account with your payment.

Payment in advance

You will receive a confirmation by e-mail immediately after sending the order. In this e-mail we will give you our bank details. Please indicate the order number in the reason for transfer. This is the only way we can assign your payment. For refunds we need your account data for the chargeback.

Payment by KLARNA/Sofortü

You will be forwarded from the shopping cart to Sofortü and will be asked to make the payment. You will need the PIN and TAN of your online banking access. Unlike Paypal, does not collect any money and only enables the technical processing of the debit from your account directly to our account. For refunds we need your account data for the chargeback.


The operator of the DIRECTebanking service, Payment Network AG, has taken out an insurance policy in your favour, which compensates for damages in the event of misuse in accordance with the insurance conditions reproduced under this link* Hereby you are protected from possible liability risks within the scope of the insurance. In this context, we would like to point out that there are many banks and savings banks which assume that the use of the "Sofortüberweisung" service leads to a shift in liability in the event of possible misuse by third parties due to the use of your PIN and TAN. This can lead to your bank refusing to take over the damage in case of misuse and as a result you will have to bear the damage. It should be noted, however, that the "Sofortüberweisung" service has not yet been abused (TÜV-certified online payment system). In addition, the above-mentioned insurance cover exists.

The amount will be refunded, when the goods are back in our warehouse.

In case of an invalid or incomplete shipping address, we will charge the resulting costs!
