Shower curtain 180 width x 180 length in cm (72"x72")

Shower curtains with 180x180cm or 72"x72" size are the classic shower curtain size for bathtubs. The shower curtain should be sized so that it hangs only about 15cm into the bathtub. In any case, avoid that the shower curtain stands in the water or you even stand on it. Depending on the height of the shower curtain rod, the shower curtain length 180x180 is also suitable for a corner shower and shower niche.

For narrow shower curtains, calculate an addition of 20% to the width of the shower curtain rod for the drape. The wider the shower curtain becomes, the less wide the allowance will be. From 150cm shower curtain rod length, for example, an addition of 20-30cm is enough.

In order to prevent water from splashing to the side, the shower curtain should be sealed to the wall. If, on the other hand, the shower curtain "sticks" to the body, it is best to leave a small gap. Then air can flow in and the shower curtain hangs stably again.
