For our shower curtain rods with a diameter of 12 or 20mm, it is essential to use the corresponding shower curtain hooks for 12 or 20mm. Only with these open freeglide shower curtain hooks the shower curtain glides unhindered around the ceiling hanger of an L-shaped corner shower rod without stopping!
All other shower curtain hooks are designed for shower curtain rods up to approx. 35mm diameter. Shower curtain hooks made of metal are stable. With the heel of a telescopic shower rod, the shower curtain ring roller works best. Shower curtain rings made of plastic are cheap but break easily. Shower curtain hooks with plastic are best suited for bathroom decoration.
