Ecologic, non toxic and best quality shower curtain in red, made of cotton.

Together with the noble effect of the fabric, the pleasant red colour immediately gives the bathroom a warm, homely touch. Due to its own weight, the shower curtain has a nice fall and is not so easily pulled towards the body. It is therefore possible to do without extra weighting.

The textile shower curtain is manufactured and assembled without using any plastics. This means that the construction does not need synthetic materials for reinforcement. The eyelets required for fastening are made of rustproof metal.

This shower curtain can be ideally applied to a walk-in shower, because it can hang freely around the base and dry after use. You can use your shower curtain for a very long time if you make sure that it always dries well. During this time, it will develop a patina comparable to a waxed jacket.

In any case, avoid permanent humidity and situations where the air cannot circulate, such as when the shower curtain sticks to the edge of the bath or hangs too close to a cupboard or wall. The worst thing that can happen to a shower curtain is that it stands in water.

You can easily adjust the shower curtain to any required size yourself using a sewing machine. On request there is also the possibility of a shower curtain made to measure according to individual wishes.

The production is made with handcraft care and by hand in Germany.

Shower curtain care instructions

The shower curtain only keeps water out. Oil stains, such as from bath liquids, dissolve the surface.

As with any shower curtain, soap scum and other residues can be avoided if it hangs dry and free after showering.

As with every shower curtain, especially with waxed cotton, care and cleaning are decisive for a long service life and a beautiful patina.

Shower curtain cleaning

This shower curtain is designed to be as ecological as possible, so avoid unnecessary washing in the washing machine and remove dirt with a soft brush or sponge. Detergents should be used sparingly. For heavier soiling it is recommended to soak the area with clear cold water and rub the fabric against itself.

If the water-repellent effect diminishes, it can be refreshed with an impregnating agent for waxed textiles, e.g. for waxed jackets. The patina corresponds to that of a wax jacket.
